Composite Perforator Gun With Thermal-Gas-Acid Module TGKM 

 

TGKM is designed both for formation exposure and thermal gas-acid treatment in oil, gas and other wells, in order to stimulate the flow and increase/restore the flow rate of the wells simultaneously with perforation.


TGKU is a single-use device. Its executive element is a combustible material capable to generate a highly active and high-temperature mixture of hydrochloric or clay acids during burning in the borehole conditions. Certain amount of heat and gaseous products are also generated during the process. The high activity of the acids is generated due to the vapour and liquid-like state with an elevated temperature, which allows to achieve the same level of porosity in 15-30 minutes, as it normally would during normal 2-hour acid treatment. The design of the module is arranged in such a way that the products formed during combustion (gases, heat, acids) will be directed exactly at just punched perforation channels.

  

 Thermal-Gas-Chemical Treatment AKV-Plast

   The technology of two-step local fracturing with simultaneous creation of lengthy channels in the formation.

   Advantages:

  • Individual approach to each well and provisional calculation of parameters using special software. collection of data from autonomous tools and analysis.

 

  • Composite impact after formation exposure with perforator charges. Right after the initial formation exposure, two-step loading is created almost immediately by burst pressure directly into the channels. 

 

  • Economical and mobile technology, AKV-Plast PP is designed after line of perforators, but all types of cumulative charges can be applied which allows for solution of almost every geological task.
